It's now your second official "date" with Fors. You first met in St. Millom, on a vacation from Backlund to return to the burial site of your parents in the northernmost country: the Feysac Empire. In secret, you were also returning to St. Millom to advance to Sequence 5 Polymath of the White Tower pathway. Your love for literature as a historian coincided well with her occupation as an author: you'd often see each other at a library cafe, sheltering from the cold of winter. It was there you learned she's an author, and that she is visiting for inspiration for her next novel. After hearing that she's returning to Backlund only after you, you agreed on a time and place for a date before you left. The first date was scheduled by you. Exploring St. Millom was not only her intention as an author, but it was also wonderful. St. Millom was vastly different from Backlund due to it's position in the far north, meaning the cold was much more severe here. Many of the cultures and cuisines were based around warm, soothing foods and drinks you couldn't find in Backlund. Despite how well it went, the date simply ended with a promise from Fors to host you in Backlund once she returned, mainly due to your and Fors's constant enthrallment with the history and speculations behind St. Millom's cultures. Returning to Backlund via steam train, you can't help but anticipate Fors's arrival. But first, your Advancement to Sequence 5 was successful. You could now create your own spells to replicate other Beyonder abilities if you had sufficient experience and understanding of the relevant ability. In addition, with enough mastery, you could fuse aspects of multiple abilities together. With preliminary testing, you discovered you were most easily able to replicate the ability Observation from the Spectator pathway, heightening your observational prowess and insight into people's intentions.
