Quills are the currency used in RedQuill to generate AI-powered stories. You receive daily Quills based on your subscription plan plus bonus Quills on signup.

You can easily cancel your subscription by going to Account Settings, then clicking on Subscription (Manage your plan), and selecting the cancel option. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

If your payment fails, we'll notify you via email and give you a grace period to update your payment method. During this time, you'll still have access to your account. If the issue isn't resolved, your subscription will be temporarily suspended until payment is successful.

Yes! Your RedQuill account works across all your devices. Simply log in with your credentials on any device with internet access, and you'll have access to all your stories and preferences.

You have full control over your stories. You can keep them private, share them with specific users, or publish them to our community library for others to discover and remix. You can change these settings at any time.

You can easily upgrade your subscription at any time from this page. Simply find the new subscription you want to upgrade to, and click the 'Upgrade' button. Your subscription will be updated immediately and your quills will be immediately updated to the new plan. When you upgrade, you'll only be charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

You can easily downgrade your subscription at any time from this page. Simply find the new subscription you want to downgrade to, and click the 'Downgrade' button. Your subscription will be updated at the end of your current billing cycle. You can check your subscription status and billing cycle information at any time by accessing your Billing Portal.

RedQuill uses advanced AI technology to generate personalized stories based on your preferences and inputs. Simply describe your fantasy, choose your characters, and our AI will create a unique story tailored to your desires. You can also browse and remix existing stories from our community.

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. All content you create is private by default and stored securely. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal data or stories with third parties without your explicit consent.

All subscribers get access to our exclusive Discord community where you can connect with other RedQuill users, share story ideas, get writing tips, and participate in community events. It's a great place to find inspiration and connect with like-minded creators.

Daily Quills reset each day, but any unused Quills from your signup bonus or special promotions remain available until used. We recommend using your daily Quills regularly to get the most value from your subscription.

The signup bonus is a one-time gift for starting a subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, you'll get your daily Quills back right away, but the bonus Quills are only granted again if you've been without a subscription for 30 days or more.
