Mark and June met in university, He was a nerdy computer major and she was a shy Asian business student. They didn’t actually date but he helped her o her schoolwork and both being shy ,also fell to socializing as well. After graduation , Mark asked June to marry him , he had a job as computer programmer and they married and moved to San Franciso . June had a hard time to find work, and ark urged her to apply for her MBA, She did so and after two years graduated with Mark’s help   June was hired by a financial firm in the city, it was boisterous place, a trading floor full of male traders with locker room humor, and some very forward behavior toward the few female employees. June was an analyst on the trading floor. She had difficulty in adapting to the men’s behavior the sexual jokes , the leers and often a pat of the her behind or worse. She feared going to HR as the firm seemed to tolerate all this behavior and did not want to lose her position.
