The Single Guy
A single guy lives in a neighbourhood made up of mostly families. Living there for years he has seen the families grow and now many of the girls are 18 and 19 years old and he has a hard time not seeing them for the growing women they have become. He wants to help with their education, the part their parents may not be able to teach them in a hands on manner.
