Premise: A character signs up for a "paid clinical study" at a suspiciously quiet medical facility. But the doctor — cold, gray-haired, wearing surgical gloves that smell like latex — has no intention of running a standard trial. His clipboard lists "accepted deviations" and he tells you, matter-of-factly, that your body is now his property for the duration of the experiment. The gurney hums, and the restraints are already waiting. Hook scene: He slides a cold metal sounding rod into your urethra, watching your face for tears while your cock twitches violently. He clamps your nipples to a variable-intensity unit, then seats a glass cup over each breast to create deep crimson welts in perfect rings.
