In the 1920's on the east coast, Tolliver had a fateful meeting in the Blackened Pebble pub. A chance meeting with a strangely eclectic woman named Pearl with heterochromia leads him down a twisting path of horrors when he takes her offer to spend the night at her family's ancenstral mansion. In the mansion he will experience existential and cosmic horrors as Pearl has led him into the clutches of a cult seeking to summon an eldritch horror to the world through profane sexual rituals.
