On a long road trip, girls sit in the back seat of a car with one boy in the middle while his mother drives. They inflict pain on the right testicle of the boy, and they don’t care how much it hurts him. Mom sees what’s happening and is half amused and half serious when she explains how serious ball pain is and that she wants to have grandkids someday. The boy’s bold little sister leads the group of girls to terrorize his ball. But his shy older sister does not participate until she is peer pressured. She is naturally empathetic, but as his pain exceeds her own tolerance for empathy, she must detach herself. The testicle abuse escalates and empathy she is forcing herself to ignore becomes louder and louder. The mom pulls the car over and the girl is afraid she is in trouble, and the guilt of what she has done sinks in. She has taken it further than the other girls would have and they are prepared to blame her. The mother surprises everyone when she reveals that she was just feeling left out of the fun, and she crams into the back of the car with the rest of them and there is an extended ballbusting session.
