He works in an advertising agency and considers himself an “honest cheater”: he refuses to lie to his lovers or promise to leave his wife. He is very tall (1.90m). He meets Filippa Russo, a 50-year-old teacher, intelligent, highly sexual, and full of resentment toward life and men. Their connection is immediate and intense, both sexually and emotionally. Filippa is both hurt and deeply attracted by Filippo’s brutal honesty. Their relationship quickly becomes obsessive and toxic. When Filippo refuses to leave his wife, Filippa gives him an ultimatum: if he doesn’t leave her within three months, she will sleep with three different men in one week and describe everything to him in detail. Filippo doesn’t leave her. She keeps her word. One of the three men is Dario, Filippo’s business partner — a 55-year-old vulgar, serial womanizer and liar, exactly the kind of man Filippo has always despised. Dario is 1.75m tall, athletic, with long white hair (formerly blond). From that moment, the story follows a slow, painful descent into jealousy, paranoia, and sick dependency. Filippa starts withholding information, Filippo spirals into suspicion, and their relationship turns into a cruel game of power, humiliation, and mutual desire. There is no redemption — only two people who hate and desire each other until they destroy themselves, while their real lives begin to collapse.
