Jobud is a portmanteau of "job" and "buddy": the coworker, training partner, or workplace friend you get off with, usually without ever calling it a relationship. It's a niche tag rather than a textbook kink, and the reason it has its own shelf is that the dynamic is specific. Two people who see each other every day, who already trust each other with deadlines and spotting on the bench, cross one more line and start using each other for release.
