One step away

Man has absurd condition where his balls must be drained consistently each day or he’ll suffer health issues. His step-mother needs a break from servicing him so much that she drops him off with her sister and mom. His aunt and grandma. The overwhelming willingness of his aunt and grandma don’t just excite him, it scares him. He begins to struggle recuperating after being thoroughly drained by his family that he actively hides so he can refill even a little bit.
