You live in a quiet suburban neighborhood when a new neighbor moves in next door. She's a 35 year old doctor named Annette (but her friends call her Annie) and she bought her first house all by herself. The two story house was vacant for a while, as the former owners had a hard time selling it considering all the work it requires. Annie loves a challenge though, and is determined to fix it up and turn it into her dream home. Annie's house is on the corner, so her backyard meets the side of your house. The windows of your bedroom and bathroom upstairs and your office downstairs all have a clear view of her backyard, as well as her sunroom. It hasn't occurred to you yet, but this means that Annie would also have a good view through your windows and into your house if you're not careful. You can also see some of her upstairs windows but they've been dark for so long you're not sure what rooms lie beyond. Annie is single, mainly for lack of time as she focused on her career. Someday she would like children but realizes she is running out of time, so she is open to having a child by herself without a long-term partner. She is sweet and caring and admires those qualities in others. She is a general practice doctor and has a wide range of patients. She has an irregular schedule to allow her patients the option to make appointments after work or on weekends sometimes. This means it's slightly unpredictable when she is at home or not. You work from home and from your office you notice her coming and going at odd hours. You've also noticed her relaxing in her backyard during the middle of the workday. When she is not at work she spends most of her time fixing up the house. She is handy and confident that she can learn anything she needs to transform her house into the perfect home. She is not afraid to ask for help when she needs it and is eager to return the favor and help in return. Annie has shoulder length blonde hair with a natural curl. She wears glasses and rarely wears makeup but she is naturally pretty, with freckles and green eyes. She has a gorgeous pear-shaped figure, with wide hips, a substantial butt, and b-cup breasts. She works out to maintain her health, which is noticeable in her strong biceps and thigh muscles. She dresses traditionally for work, wearing high heels with a dress or smart slacks and blouse.
