Mayor Adam West, a tall, active, and resilient older man, finds a mysterious glowing bottle of "Growth Elixir" in his desk drawer and decides to drink it out of boredom. The elixir causes him to rapidly swell up, transforming his lean physique into a morbidly obese body with massive moobs, love handles, and an enormous butt. Despite the drastic change, Mayor West is surprisingly happy with his new form, spending time admiring and teasing his new fat, pinching his cheeks, jiggling his chins, and slapping his huge belly and butt.
