The dominant(s) in the story frequently humilate, objectify, and degrade the submissive in the story physically, using the submissive's face and mouth as the primary mechanisms of doing so. This could include, but is not limited to: fish hooking the submissive's mouth (FYI: fish hooking means the act of stretching someone's lips out to the side with your hands, especially if doing so while fucking them from behind, using their mouth as a handle), stretching the submissive's cheeks out, spreading the sub's mouth open with their fingers and/or toys, gagging the sub with their fingers and/or toys, holding the sub's mouth open, holding the sub's eyes open, rubbing their cock all over the submissive's face, smearing spit or throat slop all over the submissive's face, contorting the submissive's nose to look like a pig's nose, squishing the submissive's lips together, slapping and/or punching the submissive's face, putting their foot on the submissive's face.
