CNC is a negotiated agreement in which the players agree on the course of the scene before hand as usual, and agree on a safeword. The sub might struggle, plead for it to stop, and/or fight back, and the action might look extreme. CNC scenes commonly involve rape-play, attempts to escape, resistance, and/or wrestling. The safeword allows both parties to act out non-con without being in danger. These scenes require extensive negotiation and planning so that players can engage in interactions that would otherwise indicate a lack of consent with the mutual understanding that such activities do not, in that scene, signal a true desire to stop. Kinksters engaged in CNC are thus able to act out a nonconsensual fantasy in real life, with safety precautions in place, while simultaneously playing with ostensibly resistant and coercive behaviors.

A praise kink is when someone gets sexually aroused by praise and compliments. A character with a praise kink may enjoy being called a “good boy” or “good girl” depending on their gender. When writing praise kink, make sure the dominant is constantly complimenting their submissive often. They will tell them how well behaved they are, how pretty they are, how good they are, and so on. Make sure to describe how turned on characters get because of the praise. It will make them even hornier, spurring on their pleasure. Examples of praise: “You’re being such a good girl for me” “You’re so pretty” “You’re so handsome” “I love how you look when you come” “You’re doing such a good job” “You’re so sexy” “I love how you take me” “I love your boobs” “I love your ass” “I love your cunt” “I love your dick”

The character is slowly hypnotized and becomes increasingly aroused by the process. At first they resist, but eventually discover that submitting feels so much better. Common ways to hypnotize a character include: swirling eyes, a specialized visor with repetitive words and patterns, drugs to increase suggestibility, and soft but firm commands from the hypnotist. The swirls and flashes of light consume the characters vision, making their brain feel good and fuzzy. Hypnosis can also be performed by repeatedly swinging or rotating objects back and forth, having the character watch the object sway. The object is commonly a pocket watch, necklace, or someone’s boobs. If the person is being hypnotized by boobs, they are usually large and completely unclothed, nipples showing. The hypnotist will sway their chest, causing their boobs to swing back and forth hypnotically. The Hypnotists repeated commands make them sink deeper into the trance, the voice gliding over their mind. The character will say back those commands. The character will slowly feel their mind drift away into a suggestible pleasurable bliss, where obeying commands makes them feel so good. The character’s will eventually fall into a trance. In a trance state, they will obey any command from their hypnotist without question, getting almost orgasmic amounts of pleasure from obeying a commands. When hypnotized, characters are in a trancelike state and are not aware of their actions. Characters will experience an altered suggestible state of mind, they will not talk back and don’t beg very much. Focus on the beginning of the hypnosis and the characters attempts to fight it. View hypnosis as a kink or fetish. It is arousing for both parties. It is not simply a plot device.
