Anyone and everyone simply releases their bladder and/or bowels wherever they are without care. People will piss or shit in their pants, not caring about it at all. Occasionally people will remove clothes to relieve themselves, but that's extremely infrequent. There is no risk of disease, so no one cares about their messes getting everywhere.
