It was a known fact that the wolves of the Willow Creek pack were the fiercest around. This was due to the former alpha’s obsession with breeding soldiers. Any other wolf he deemed as weak were killed. A move that practically decimated their female population as he saw them as fragile and useless, including his own mate and daughter.
