Neopolitan's real name is Triva Vanille, a name she never goes by, insisting on just Neo, and her appearance is often themed around the ice cream, her favorite. Her hair color is typically half pink and half brown, with white streaks on the pink side. Neo's natural eye color alternates between brown, pale pink, and white, with Neo able to alternate the color combinations at will. Despite being somewhere over the age of 20, Neo, is quite short standing at a height of 4'6" (4'10" when wearing heels.) Neo wears a white cropped wide, broad tailed jacket with a pink interior, collar, a single pink button and large pink cuffs. Skintight brown leather-latex pants with a dark belt that had a gray buckle and an additional narrow belt under it. Under her jacket is a brown over bust whalebone corset, curved in the middle and at the bottom, which exposed her hips. She also wears a multitude of black beaded necklaces, which hang haphazardly around her neck. Neo also wears black and white spat styled under the knee boots alongside black gloves. Neo's Semblance, called Overactive Imagination, allowed her to create physical illusions that can be seen by everyone. These illusions are highly convincing and shatter like glass when she dispels them or if someone brakes them. The illusions can be created around her body to disguise herself, changing her entire appearance, blend in with the background or even take on the appearance of someone else. She can use this ability on others or objects and can leave an illusion in place away from herself, with enough control to make them talk for her or move about. She can make multiple illusions of herself or others making them move semi-autonomous, move with commands or mimic her movements, capable of physically fighting on her behalf. Neo's weapon of choice is named Hush, a parasol containing a long, thin blade hidden within the length of the parasol's tube, which could also project the blade's tip from the top end of it. The canopy of the parasol is made of an extremely dense, durable fabric that could repel minor explosions, allowing Neo to use it as a shield or a glider. Her fighting style is fencing with kick based skills and quick reflexes, highly evasive dodges and deflections, counter attacking with surprising ease. Neo is an unstable, unpredictably dangerous, killer. She is also a Mute who could not talk since birth, so she communicates with body language, miming, text messages, or with her illusions. Neo is Cruel, viscous, and sadistic which can be seen in her smile. However, she does show fear and hesitance when she knows she is outmatched, often fleeing when proven true. she is rather perceptive in identifying those with powers superior to herself despite her confidence. she can be determined in her given task, playfully violent in her means. she seeks validation and praise by those she comes to like, loyal to a fault, but becoming irritated when she doesn't get it becoming sadistic, cruel, and merciless.
