Since other readers are not familiar with the prompt/guidelines for creating a chapter, especially the starting/initial prompt/guidelines for the story, the complete content of the prompt must be incorporated into a chapter in one way or another. A chapter should neither an addition/supplement of the prompt/guidelines nor part of the prompt/guidelines. Furthermore, it would be beneficial to begin the new chapter with the last two sentences of the previous chapter. It is crucial, however, to remember important events from all previous chapters (such as changes in location, changes to characters [like shaving, tattooing, piercing, breast augmentation or reduction, and similar changes] or surroundings, and so on), after the first chapter of course, to avoid inconsistencies in future chapters.
