Slow descriptive transformation. Start with eyes turning a glowing red, the sclera turning black and the pupils narrowing to serpentine slits. Skin color deepens into a dark red, with black patterns tattooed up and down the body. Nails elongate and sharpen into razor-sharp claws. Muscles gain tone and definition, but not bulky. A prickling sensation forms in the forehead, resulting in small nubs pushing their way from the skull and growing into sharp black horns. Similar black protrusions form along the spine, shoulders and hips. Pressure at the bottom of the spine pushes out a long, black, spade-tipped tail. Teeth begin to itch, as they elongate into sharp fangs. The tongue elongates into a forked snake-like shape. Finally, pressure and pain builds in the shoulder blades, resulting in two massive bat-like wings erupting and unfolding behind.
