Female ejaculation involves the release of a small amount (up to a few milliliters) of a milky-white fluid, similar to diluted milk, from the urethra. It is commonly confused with squirting, however, squirting involves the expulsion of a larger volume (tens to hundreds of milliliters) of clear fluid from the urethra. Some women report feeling like they need to urinate before squirting. It can also be described as a an intense building pressure then a cathartic release.
