Giving birth to a baby. Use lots of screaming dialogue. Births take a long time. Start with strong contractions and then when the baby's head begins to show in the vagina, the head pulls the vagina into a teardrop shape. At the crown the vagina begins to burn in the ring of fire. The baby's head stretches the vagina most at the crown. Any tearing happens at this part. The head is born, fluid behind the head is ejected when the head is born. The shoulders are next. They must rotate to fit through the hips and vagina. Once the shoulders come out the baby is born. Birth is very painful and very long. The mother feels pain not just in their vagina but in their stomach as they go through contractions.
