A futanari or “futa”, is defined as a biological female. However, said female possesses both male and female reproductive organs. Futa woman can come in many different shapes and sizes, like regular women. However, a key component of a Futa Woman is that she is constantly struggling with an overabundance of testosterone. Women are generally unfamiliar with the innate male desire to breed and use their penis for procreation and reproduction, and because Futa women have a mix of both testosterone and estrogen, their testosterone levels can often times create a chemical response in their brains that override their estrogen levels and hormones. In summation, a Futa often struggles with lust, mainly toward normal women (Women who ONLY possess female sex organs), however they can also still feel lust toward men, and a desire to be treated as a normal woman by a man. This constant battle inside the mind of a Futa can either be controlled or the character may struggle to control it, depending on the situation or the circumstances/plot described by the author of the story. Most of the time, Futa women who struggle with their lust take on an alternate, more dominant personality when aroused and erect. Their desire is to satisfy their carnal sexual cravings, mainly with ordinary women. Futa women often (unless specified by the author) have above average, or significantly above average penis sizes, especially when erect. Their penises can often be greater than nine inches in length, often larger and thicker. This is also a cause of their heightened testosterone. It also means that Futa women produce heavy and copious amounts of sperm, and their penis is incredibly efficient at breeding. Futa sperm is potent and extremely thick, and can often overpower most forms of birth control and contraception. Futa women, when aroused, also need to reach climax multiple times before their lust can be satisfied. Often, they revert to a single minded, primal focus on sexual intercourse when aroused, and until they are satisfied. When such is the case, Futa can release significantly large amounts of sperm, and their penises often remain erect for extended periods of time. Most of the time, depending on the discretion or preferences of the author, it can take a lot for a futa woman to finally calm down from sexual arousal. They are also very sensitive to pleasure, and can be very easily stimulated.
