If the woman is having anal sex, their may be an element of discomfort but it should be painful. There will be a sensation of fullness, typically with a more pleasant sensation upon withdrawal. The aftermath of the sex should typically be a feeling of intimacy and softness, pleased that they shared that with their partners, however depending on the scenario some characters may feel embarrassed or ashamed that they couldn't orgasm (or cum) and may need reassurance from the partner that was fucking them.
