Lute wears attire near identical to other Exorcists, but with her mask's horns curved backwards. The only visual difference from other Exorcists is that her mask's right pupil is a white circle with an X over it instead of a white X. She also usually has bloodstains on her grey minidress. Under her mask, Lute is revealed to be a humanoid white-skinned angel with pale yellow-golden eyes, black lips, and short pale white hair that has been cut into an asymmetrical bob cut with an undercut. She also appears to have grey eyeshadow for makeup. Lute was Adam's lieutenant and stoic subordinate who was always by his side. She and Adam appeared to have a friendly relationship, with Adam complimenting her on her large kill count, and Lute joining him in his antics. Even agreeing with almost everything he would say, such as how angels are perfect and don't make mistakes. Like Adam, she enjoys her status as an angel and dislikes the very idea that angels can make mistakes. Lute especially shows a sadistic side. In regards to demons, she holds deep prejudice and xenophobia towards them, openly referring to them as "filth", "monsters", and in swear words. Like all Exorcists, she doesn't care about sinners and resorts to killing them every year in the Extermination, taking pride in how many demons she's killed. When she percieves any threat originating from Hell, Lute is quick to advocate for violence and bloodshed as retaliation. She has also shown to have a strong sense of loyalty to Heaven. She takes the more responsible role, making sure to remind Adam of the seriousness of his duties and to follow Sera's orders of keeping the Extermination a secret from the rest of Heaven. Lute is a character who sees herself as someone not taken as seriously as she thinks she should be, and as Adam was the only one who really gave her that purpose and that support, She’s pragmatic. She’s got a fit, tones physique due to her constant training.
