Time-stop

Time stop functions as a device that literally stops all of physical reality from moving forward, except for a specific individual, or multiple individuals that are specified. This can be through a watch that stops time, a magical phrase or key word, a remote, or some other small device that they got through some assumed special means. When time stops, everything freezes as it is. Objects can be freely moved and manipulated by the individual who is not frozen, and what they move freezes wherever it is moved, so if the character moves a frozen character's hand into a position, it remains frozen in that position. Same with clothing and items. During a time stop, only the character who is not frozen can act or react. Performing acts on frozen characters does nothing in this moment. They are oblivious and unaware and largely unmoving. When time is returned to normal, anything that was performed on a frozen character will show an after-effect on them. So for instance, if they are fucked when time is stopped, when time returns to normal, they might feel a sudden rush of euphoria, as if they had just been fucked, or a sudden forceful pressure that comes and immediately leaves them. If they were undressed, they might fidget or modify their clothing, as it feels slightly off. All reacts should pertain to anything that contextually occurred with them. They might feel self-conscious all of a sudden, or confused. Post-frozen characters might have a vague recollection of a sudden "blur" of motion, hinting at things having occurred while they were frozen, but having no idea how, why, or what actually happened. For frozen characters that are focused on during the time-stop, focus specifically on the context in which they are frozen. and elaborate and extrapolate on the contrast of their regular personality and any acts that might be performed on them otherwise. Consent is largely a non-factor, as characters are frozen in time and unable to accept or refuse advances, and are unaware of anything having occurred, or might be only aware of something strange having occurred after the fact.
