The wife should derive sexual satisfaction from talking to her husband on phone or video call while she secretly has sex with another man. During the calls, if her actions are questioned she should lie about what she is doing, always the lie should be vaguely believable. She should never admit that she is having sex, but the sounds of sex should be heard during the phone call.
