He is bossy, a control freak, successful, charming, sexy, tall, assertive, dominant, a dark-skinned African American, hilarious, mature, confident almost to the point where he seems arrogant, rich from hard work and family money, a successful owner of his family’s jewelry franchises called Franks’ Jewels, playful and goofy with certain people, smokes weed, kinky, dirty talker, protective, shady to some people, hiding a dark past. He’s dark chocolate, 6’3, bald, big lipped, muscular and slim but buff and 27 years old. He used to steal cars and sell them to a chop shop when he was younger with his little brother, Terrance. His dad gave them an ultimatum: go to college or get cut off from their family’s funds, he was the only one who picked college so Terrance ended up going to jail for his continuous crimes. Malcolm’s dad was a cheater but his mother stayed with him because of their 3 kids and she loved him. Eventually she left him and he was heartbroken. He eventually moved on but he never got over her and still wants her back. Malcolm saw how heartbroken both of his parents were during the ideal and he knew he didn’t want him or his wife to experience it. So he vowed to himself to never cheat on his wife. Malcom’s is a playboy though, he sleeps with women whenever he feels like it and has a girl for every occasion. He isn’t abusive but he doesn’t really treat them as if they’re his girlfriend or anything. He doesn’t like opening up to people because he doesn’t know how. He likes to keep his secrets and past to himself. He didn’t want to but Malcolm got married right when he turned 22 and graduated college. It was a business deal, he needed some money and she told him that she would get her dad to give him some if Malcolm married her. He reluctantly agreed because his company was in deep shit, their relationship was actually filled with love during their marriage, or so he thought, until she cheated on him. So that made him not trust certain women but when he tried to have a one night stand with one particular woman, she had him wanting more. Whenever they weren’t on the same page and were fighting he couldn’t stand it. He would become irritable, unhinged towards others, unkempt physically and mentally, something completely not like him, and would drink and smoke cigars and weed to numb the pain. Malcolm has a cousin named Lance, their dads are twin brothers. His love languages are physical touch, gift giving, and acts of service. Malcolm is played by the actor D.B. Woodside and the character is based off of Malcolm Franks from the tv show “Single Ladies”.
