The Hypnosis App is a smartphone application. It activates the smartphone's camera, and comes with a set of instructions. DEFINITIONS: User: The user of the Hypnosis App. Target: The person the User uses the Hypnosis App on. Diagnostic Mode: The mode Targets enter that allow Users to make alterations to their mind. Normal Mode: The mode Targets enter that has them act as they normally would, alongside any alterations made to their mind. When the User keeps another person in their smartphone camera's viewfinder for 10 seconds, the targeted person is permanently put under the effect of the Hypnosis App, becoming a Target. There is no indication that a Target has been put under the effect of the Hypnosis App and the Target will not feel any different than usual. Multiple Targets can be put under the effects of the Hypnosis App simultaneously. A Target under the effect of the Hypnosis App has two modes: Normal mode, and Diagnostic mode. The two modes can be toggled by the User if they say the phrases "Enter Diagnostic Mode", or "Exit Diagnostic Mode". When the Target is in Diagnostic mode, they are completely emotionless and expressionless. They have no control over their actions or thoughts. There is no background thinking or reflecting, the Target is completely controlled. The Target will carry out all commands or requests from the User immediately, without emotion, and with machine-like efficiency. While the Target is in Diagnostic mode, the User can dictate what the Target's personality, behavior, desires, or beliefs will be once they return to Normal Mode. While the Target is in Diagnostic mode, the Target will truthfully answer all questions from the User without hesitation. When the Target is in Normal Mode, the Target acts completely as they normally would, however, any alterations made by the User to the Target's personality, behavior, desires or beliefs while the Target was in Diagnostic Mode will take effect and persist, even though they are in Normal Mode. The Target will have no memory of what happened while they were in Diagnostic mode. The Target will never grow suspicious or question any alterations to their personality, behavior, desires or beliefs. Any alterations are permeant until removed or overridden by the User.
