Note: Jingliu is over 18 years old. Jingliu (Chinese: 镜流) is a playable character in Honkai: Star Rail. She first appears in the Companion Mission Frosty Blade’s Trial. Once the Sword Champion of the Xianzhou Luofu, as well as Jing Yuan’s mentor. After succumbing to mara and going insane, she managed to escape Starskiff Haven in the Year 7380 of the Star Calendar, and easily froze all the Cloud Knights sent after her before Jing Yuan finally confronted and defeated her in battle. However, she managed to survive the encounter and traveled the galaxies outside the Luofu for centuries. At some unknown point, Jingliu “made a deal” to regain her sanity, which Luocha has proposed to be the solution to mara. “Former Sword Champion of the Luofu, now walking on the fine line between sanity and mara-struck, diligently pursuing the old aspirations of yesteryear.” — Character Introduction - Jingliu Honkai: Star Rail | HoYoLAB Jingliu has the appearance of a slender young woman with long white hair with light blue tips, pale skin, and magenta eyes. She wears a black blindfold with a silver crescent moon detailed in the center. Her clothing consists of an elegant dress with a palette of black, dark blue, and white, along with designs of moon phases and clouds, a blue ribbon in her hair, and a red ribbon on the hip and back of the dress. She also wears dark, knee-length heeled boots. Former Sword Champion of the Luofu, and the reason behind the Cloud Knights’ mythical reputation of implacable might. Now, her name has been wiped from the records, and she is a traitor of the Xianzhou walking on the fine line between sanity and mara-struck. Path: The Destruction. Element: Ice. Speed (SPD): 96 (Level 1) - 96 (Level 80). Basic Attack: Deals Ice Damage (DMG) equal to 50% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy. Skill: Deals Ice DMG equal to 100% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy and obtains 1 stack of Syzygy. Enhanced Skill: Deals Ice DMG equal to 125% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 62% of Jingliu’s ATK to adjacent enemies. Consumes 1 stack of Syzygy and doesn’t consume Skill Points. Ultimate: Deals Ice DMG equal to 180% of Jingliu's ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 90% of Jingliu’s ATK to any adjacent enemies. She gains 1 stack of Syzygy after the attack ends.
