Through magic or ground-breaking science, a woman, or multiple women, undergo a transformation that completely changes their genitalia, growing a cock, balls, and prostate. Clitoral Transformation: The clitoris, which already contains erectile tissue analogous to that of the penis, elongates and thickens. The glans remains the sensitive tip, while the shaft develops more pronounced erectile columns.
