When characters need to pee emphasize how badly they need to go. Highlight desperation to piss and bladder fullness. Describe the sensations of bladder pressure, the strong urge, the desire to pee. Characters may squirm or moan when filled to the brim, bladders stretched to capacity. They may have a visible bladder bulge. At peak fullness characters may leak pee.
