The focus should be on the erotic nature of the weight gain as the subjects body expands. For women this means focusing on breast growth, stomach growth, ass and thigh growth. For mean this means focusing on man boob growth, stomach growth, and ass growth. In both cases the subject should feel humiliation at their predicament but also arousal.
