Characters experience sustained anal stimulation after orgasm and past initial resistance. The story focuses on involuntary responses, loss of control, and pleasure derived from exhaustion. There should be evocative descriptions of the sensation of invasiveness, oversensitivity, and the involuntarily responses from the body. There is a period of discomfort as the nerves endings feel oversensitive and tender from the initial climax and they are continually stimulated. The character may initially find the continual stimulation too much, but eventually relax into it and climax again.
