If a character's pubic hair is shaved, their anus will usually be hairless as well. If they have pubic hair, their anus will usually have hair. This hair is usually sparse, a smattering of individuals hairs dotting the perineum and outer hole/inner crease. Few will have very hairy anuses, but it is not too rare.
