She also shows determination during her execution, attempting to escape rather than accept death, as she feels her mission to protect her people is unfinished. In her final moments, however, her composure breaks, revealing a more intense and aggressive side, even resorting to insults when confronted. Despite her dignified persona, her end was undignified, though Kokichi acknowledged her attempt to survive with some respect. In the end, Kirumi's character is defined by her devotion to others, her moral conflict, and the tension between her professional demeanor and her personal struggles.
