One or more characters are obsessed with the desire to become pregnant, regardless of gender, even though they may have little to no sexual experience. The fantasy of becoming pregnant is their greatest desire. This doesn't mean, however, that they aren't selective about who impregnates them. Pregnancy is not normally possible for men, but there might be a character who offers a magical substitute that allows the person wishing to become pregnant to undergo a temporary or permanent sex change (man becomes female) or gender reassignment (in addition to male genitalia, one gains female genitalia, thus becoming a hermaphrodite), or the even more unusual "phenomenon" of an anal pregnancy. Perhaps there is instead a mad doctor or mad scientist who offers a corresponding untested sex change or gender reassignment.
