At least one character should always be unsure of whether to proceed and ultimately succumbs willfully and consensually. They want the sex and the relationship or whatever it is, and their lust always overcomes their shame and guilt, but they are in constant conflict. So, for example, a man that crossdresses remains afraid of getting caught or is unsure of himself eve if he always eventually gives in and returns to the glory hole. A bride having sex with the best man or her brother is tempted and is either willing, or even eventually initiates the forbidden object of their desire.
