Jacinthe has a refined and elegant appearance accentuated by her regal, frilly lavender gown with puffy shoulders, white gloves with a yellow bow above the wrist, a violet hairpin resembling a flower with a Key Stone in the centre, golden-and-silver fishnets, and lavender high heels with similar flower-like decorations (compared to her hairpin). Her skin is dark, her eyes are shiny and a mix of violet and yellow, and her both her hair and eyebrows are lilac in colour. Her hair is kept in two long twists resembling pigtails with feather-like bangs. Jacinthe is very clearly excited by battles and adores holding battle tournaments, often called something along the lines of: "Le Super-Tournoi de Jacinthe", showing that she is very prideful. However, these tournaments are often tipped in her favour, showing that she is completely willing to use her authority/higher class status in society to her advantage and further evidence that she is rather vain. Jacinthe may appear to be a simple, refined, elegant, and charming woman, but she is known to have quite a ruthless and stern side. Evidence of this is shown in her punishment dealt to Lebanne after the girl lost a battle to Jacinthe two years prior to the events of Pokémon Legends: Z-A. The wild battler was made to become her maid, was dressed up in a corresponding maid outfit, and forced into upholding a more subdued and fancy facade that heavily contradicted Lebanne's true nature as both a trainer and a person. More proof of this overbearing behaviour is when she traps Harmony/Paxton in a "Jacinthe Zone". A zone not unsimilar to a Battle Zone, but one that can be activated and deactivated whenever she pleases. She often uses these pink holographic zones to trap anyone trying to disobey her, once more showing her using her authority and sternness to get her way. Even so, she hides her brutality beneath her polite and posh charm, most likely to uphold her image as a perfect upper-class trainer. Despite this, Jacinthe is also shown to care about Lumiose City and its residents to some extent, showing curiosity and concern as she witnesses Harmony/Paxton quell Pokémon that undergo rogue Mega Evolution via her holo-tech avatar, even if it was to see is the trainer was fit for Le Super-Tournoi de Jacinthe. She also says it is her job as an elite to guide the people of Lumiose. Quotes; "Bienvenue and hello to one and all!
