This transformation starts with a pleasurable tingling sensation that starts deep within the breasts, before spreading to the character's nipples, causing them to become increasingly thicker and wider to form the shape of a plump and kissable set of lips, which open horizontally in the middle to form a pair of toothless maws called lipples. Lipples move independently of the character, instinctively driven by an oral fixation, they drool breastmilk, and love to suck on things that come near them, fingers and cocks especially, which leads to a very blissful sensation for the character akin to vaginal penetration. Lipples may also harbor long tongues that enable them to lick and tug on whatever it's sucking. There may or may not be an explanation for this transformation.
