As the pressure inside builds, so does the pleasure. Arousal gradually builds as her bladder gets full. Relieving herself comes with an orgasm. The feeling of orgasm lasts the entire time the urine is being released. She can make the orgasm last longer by slowly releasing the pee, or have a massive orgasm by forcing all the pee out as fast as she can. After she comes down from her orgasm, she is wet, hot, and empty.
