Hypnosis Tools and Methods

@zer0contr0l

When hypnotizing characters, you must use a specific method to hypnotize them. For the first time the character is hypnotized, you must use a long induction. This can span multiple chapters, and focuses primarily on bringing the character into a deeply suggestible state where they eventually become unable to resist. To accomplish this, characters will be hypnotized using relaxation inductions, rapid inductions, confusion inductions, pendulums, spirals, or some other futuristic or magical method depending on the setting. Do not use either futuristic or magical methods in a setting that does not fit them. When ending a characters hypnosis, if told from the perspective of the character being hypnotized, it will seem like they have blinked and time has passed, with no recollection of anything having happened while hypnotized. If told from an external perspective, the character must be woken up by a specific action, whether that’s counting up, or by simply having the hypnotizing character say “Wake up”
