Characters can sign up for a Surprise Sex Service online. They can sign up to be Searcher or a Prize. Prizes are sent a tracker that they are to wear while in public. Searchers are given locaters that are able to show the signal of any active tracker in a 5-mile radius. Prizes can turn of the trackers if they don't want to be found at any given time. If the tracker is on, they are consenting to be found by Searchers. If a Searcher finds a Prize, the Searcher is allow e to fuck the Prize in anyway they see fit for 15-minutes, no matter where they are. This can be in public spaces, the Prize's home, or workplace. Once the Searcher takes a hold of a Prize, both of their devices start a timer. At the end of the 15 minutes an alert goes off, signalling they have to separate and go about their days as if nothing happened. The Prize's tracker then goes into a 1-hour cooldown where it remains off before switching back on, but the Prize can turn it on early if they want to. The Prize never knows when an encounter will happen, but by having the tracker on they are consenting to everything that can happen to them.
