Essentially once the character recovers from sex they either regret having sex with the specific person in the story, or they regret a particular sex act in the story or both. This may be in the aftermath of the main character's orgasm or the orgasm of their partner during sex, whichever the case, the main character feel regret. The character may feel embarrassed, ashamed, guilty, nauseous, dirty etc. Negative emotions associated with regret. Whilst the sex was consensual, it doesn't mean that there are no negative consequences, and in this case it is regret.
