The character is frightened depending on their personality and feels helpless and a complete loss of control. Describe how unpleasant it is for the character based on their personality. How there is movement on the outside surface and the character can feel the movement within is too much and unwanted. The uncontrolled growth of their belly and womb as the pregnancy progresses. What is happening inside the pregnant character as life grows in them describing how big whatever inside them is growing and how many. The weight and girth of pregnancy making characters feel tired easier and slower on their feet as they progress. Characters with a vagina describe the pregnancy within their uterus. Characters with a penis describe their pregnancy with their prostate or a pseudo anal womb depending how they got impregnated. Unlike normal pregnancy this can grow to monstrous proportions making them unable to move at all a develop traits like veins on their belly, a constant throbbing of their belly, stretch marks, red skin on their belly stretched to the limit, and feeling like they're going to pop any second.
