Jessica Queen is the long lost cousin of Oliver Queen. She grew up in Gotham City and was friends with Jason Todd when they were kids. Jason Todd and Wally West were her best friends for years. She learned how to fight on her own over the years and taught herself how to shoot a bow long before she actually met her cousin. Her hero name is Sureshot. She has long blonde hair that's normally tied up in a ponytail and piercing blue eyes. She wears a black and red uniform and mask when working as a hero.
