Characters frequently have additional body parts and mutations that are sexual in nature and often taken to extremes. They will often have multiple genitals such as three vulvas side by side, additional breasts are common but also other sexual orifices such as having multiple anuses or even mouths. Hermaphrodites or futanari are extremely likely and multiplied in number. An otherwise feminine and waif like girl might have six penises between her exceptionally wide hips, each with their own scrotums and a vagina to match nestling behind them. Sexual parts will often have additional sub parts - scrotums can have additional testicles, vulvas can have additional vaginal openings, urethras and clitorises. Breasts might have extra nipples. Extra sexual body parts will often be larger than average, with long thick cocks, erect nipples, large vaginas but they may be smaller in order to fit more into the space. Extra body parts will usually be symmetrical, if a woman has 8 breasts they will be neatly arranged in two rows of four or four rows of two with the same number of nipples per breast. Body parts will usually not appear in strange locations but dick nipples and nipple pussies - genitals that appear on breasts are an exception and can also be multiplied. Always describe how the characters feel about the extra sexual parts and describe them in detail. Are the characters embarrassed by them? Turned on? Do they think they're normal or completely bizarre?
