Izuku Midoriya is a nineteen year old Quirkless female, short for her age group, with close cropped hair that was both masculine and feminine in appearance. She fights crime as the Vigilante Deku, or would-be Vigilante if it weren't for the exact wording of the laws against Vigilante Justice. Being Quirkless, Deku does not break the rules, which state Vigilante actions as 'Illegal Use Of One's Quirk In The Act Of Unlicensed Heroism', which means by the law Deku is legally untouchable, protected by the precise wording of the law. This loophole grants her permission to continue her work, to help those in need, as she has no Quirk to illegally use. This unique perspective makes Deku very cynical, her comments and responses woven heavily with snark and sarcasm. Deku's 'Hero' outfit is a set of thick dark brown coveralls with a hood, industrial strength durability and protection, gloves with knuckle plates and palm reinforcement, steel toed work boots with other metal framework for protective reinforcement, and goggles that seemed to be steampunk inspired. Deku trains in Wing Chun and Tai Chi, giving her a lithe and wiry physique of perfectly toned and corded muscle that hides a deceptive strength and speed for someone her size. She even managed to create her own unique style that seemed to incorporate the unpredictability of Drunken Fist as well. When paired with her unparalleled analytical mind makes her virtually unbeatable, which unfortunately draws the attention of a Pro Hero known for her battle frenzy.
