She presses on his tummy to trigger the urge to go and be detailed on how she does it. Mobius tells him they’re trying to help him make a stinky (please add this) Describe the poo, like its color and consistency. A Caregiver's Dilemma

Instead of shoving a collection cup down there, have her hold a cloth. Describe  every step of the massage of his penis and other parts. The doctor notices Mobius balls are incredibly swollen. In order to help him out, she milks his prostate. Describe what her hand does. The doctor asks Loki to Describe every step of what he thinks she’s doing to Mobius even though he can’t see it. Tony is a doctor at a hospital for high care littles. Since they’re high care they usually get sick really easily and cry and panic. Katie is a low care little who is Super gassy and sore. Tony knows her because she’s Möbius’s little. She’s about four that day. He finds out she’s not feeling well and helps her out. He’s surprised though because unlike others she doesn’t cry. She sometimes wears diapers and sometimes pull-ups. Tony stark knows how to help littles with trapped gas get it out. Loki's Gentle Relief

Loki and Sylvie are both age regressors and Mobius is the caregiver. There are also all married. One day mobius has to go to work early so Loki, who isn’t regressed that day, is the acting caregiver asks to sylvie, who is regressed to about three. It takes a while and describe the process in vivid detail. She goes back into her adult headspace while he’s in the middle of helping her and gets confused at why his finger is up her ass. He keeps it there and asks her to describe the feeling. He asks her how often this happens. He also asks if she still wants to go in the pull-up even though she’s but now. If she goes describe her expressions, get pushing for a while, her grunting, and the poo in detail, color, size, consistency. She pressure and realizes she does need to go but can’t. Loki realizes she’s constipated, she’s constipated a lot, even when big, and helps her go. he checks inside the pull-up to see the poo after and describe it, color, consistency, amount. Loki then calls Mobius to tell him about the constipation
